The GolfLogix GPS 2007 model is based on a previous version of the Garmin handheld GPS hardware and does not have some features of the new GolfLogix GPS-8 2008 model including;
- More memory to hold 20 rather than 10 golf course maps and up to 6 hazards per hole
- Distance of last shot feature to aid in club performance tracking
- Auto-recognition of the course being played when the unit is powered on
The green casing easily distinguishes the 2007 GolfLogix GPS from the new 2008 model.
