Navigon’s 2200S is an entry level GPS navigator a 3.5 inch (8.9 cm) display. Despite being an entry level model, it does have some excellent features for the price point including lane assistance, text-to-speech and Reality View Pro as well as SiRF’s Instant Fix II which minimizes the time for GPS receiver to gain a satellite lock.

The Navigon 2000S comes with maps of the lower 48 U.S. states and Canadian maps as well if purchased there. The Navigon’s other features are examined in our review of the Navigon 2200T which is identical apart from including a free lifetime real-time traffic updates.
