For drivers very familiar with the roads they regularly cover, a Traffic service can be one of the selling points for getting a GPS device. The Magellan RoadMate 1475T is a packaging of the 1470 with a Traffic Link vehicle power adapter which provides the Traffic capability for delivering live, onscreen traffic-incident information. Delivered through FM radio signals, Traffic alerts are posted by the minute on your GPS screen allowing drivers to program routes around traffic delays saving time and fuel.
