July 25, 2010Garmin nuvi 3750 Portable GPS Navigator ReviewGarmin’s nuvi 3750 is the entry level model in Garmin’s 3700 series which is characterized by its revolutionary change in Garmin’s portable navigation systems design which and has been recognized with a 2010 Red Dot Product Design Award. The nuvi 3750 is thinner (8.7 mm thick) and lighter (4 ounces) than previous Garmin models and is ideal for both vehicle and portable pedestrian navigation. The device has a stylish brushed aluminum finish casing with smooth, shiny chrome edges. A glass faced 4.3 inch capacitive display has replaced the old resistive display. It looks every bit a latest generation device.
The Garmin nuvi 3750 is identical to the recently reviewed flagship model of the 3700 series, the Garmin nuvi 3790T, except for the absence of voice commands, 3D Terrain and Buildings, traffic or Bluetooth.
