Pedestrian navigation capabilities can be enhanced with the purchase of the optional cityXplorer maps for public transport information.

The Garmin nuvi 2200 is identical to the recently reviewed Garmin nuvi 2300 apart from the smaller screen size and not being able to auto sort multiple destinations (not suitable for delivery run applications) and a slightly longer 3 vs 2.5 hours battery life.
