Pioneer GPSPioneer AVIC-U310BT In-dash GPS Navigation and Entertainment Review Pioneer’s AVIC-U310BT is the most affordable in-dash GPS navigator from Pioneer. However, it still has and impressive array of features for a GPS navigation and entertainment system. Notably the U310BT offers Bluetooth and Apple iPod and iPhone control. The touch screen display is a large 4.3 inches (WQVGA). The U310BT can be fully integrated into a large number of vehicles with a 2-DIN dash opening. Pioneer AVIC-X710BT and AVIC-X910BT In-dash Navigation and Entertainment Pioneer’s AVIC-X710BT and AVIC-X910BT are the latest impressive instalments in their line of in-dash navigation and entertainment systems. Both systems combine GPS navigation, audio and video entertainment and extensive connectivity features including Apple iPod and iPhone, Bluetooth, MSN Direct, HD Radio and SIRIUS XM Satellite Radio. Pioneer AVIC-F500BT Hybrid (In-dash and Portable) GPS Navigation Device Pioneer call their AVIC-F500BT a hybrid device as it will function as and in-dash navigation device as well as a personal navigation device (PND) when removed. For portable use the AVIC-F500 has built-in speakers and a rechargeable battery. The at 5.8 inches, WVGA resolution touch display is large enough for easy in-car viewing. Pioneer AVIC-S2 GPS Personal Navigation System Introduced Pioneer have introduced the AVIC-S2 GPS personal navigation system. The compact technology convergence device offers GPS route guidance and includes an MP3 player. The onboard Bluetooth v1.2 technology provides hands-free mobile phone operation. The AVIC-S2 has a 3.5 inch touch screen and comes with map coverage of the entire U.S. and Canada.
