A key feature is the large, dual orientation 4 inch, color touchscreen which is sunlight-readable and has the high resolution to make TOPO and other detailed maps look good. Being able to switch from portrait to landscape mode makes the Montana much more usable for turn-by-turn car navigation. Ruggedized and waterproof, the Montana will take all the knocks and environmental exposure it will have to endure.
